Z3732万向摇臂钻床介绍;

 Z3732万向摇臂钻床顾名思义是一款可实现全方位360度方向钻孔的摇臂钻床。他的原理是齿轮箱套在立柱上，另一端和摇臂用回转盘连接，用T型螺栓固定，齿轮箱通过光杠传输给主轴动力，而且安装主轴的滑块托板也是用的回转盘和T型螺栓固定。这样的话，万向摇臂钻床就有3个部位可以旋转360度。摇臂可以整体的围绕立柱旋转360度，也可以带动齿轮箱水平旋转360度，而且主轴还可以在平行于摇臂的基础上旋转360度。通过这三个部位的旋转，保证各个角度的钻孔。 万向摇臂钻床的主要功能就是异形件的斜孔加工。比如你想用摇臂钻床钻个有角度的斜孔，只能选择万向摇臂钻床，或则你的工件大不能放在地面上钻孔，你也可以选择万向摇臂钻，把主轴旋转成垂直于工件侧着打孔就可以。
