 Z3063摇臂钻床工作效率高，加工误差小，液压预选变速，最大钻孔直径63mm,在配有相应工装的条件下可以镗孔，扩孔、铰孔及攻螺纹等加工。主轴箱、摇臂、立柱均由液压夹紧；主轴正反转、停车(制动)、空档用一个手柄操作。它具有性能完善、使用安全、可靠、方便、易于维修，精度高、刚性好、寿命长等优点。 Z3063液压摇臂钻床主要适用于在大、中型铸件?钢件上钻孔?扩孔、铰孔及攻螺纹等加工。适合本机床工作的温度要求在0到45摄氏度、大气压强86到106Kpa、空气清洁度较好、粉尘浓度不得大于10mg/m3、不得含酸、碱腐蚀和有毒气体?不得有爆炸危险?不得有导电尘埃?厂房内不得有雨雪侵袭?地面平整、清洁、室内光线充足。机床安装在远离振源、热源等地方。

1采用液压预选变速机构，可节省辅助时间。 
2主轴正反转，停车(制动)，变速、空档等动作，用一个手柄控制，操纵轻便。 
3、主轴箱、摇臂、内外柱采用液压驱动的菱形块夹紧机构，夹紧可靠。 
4、摇臂导轨，外柱圆表面，主轴、主轴套筒及内外柱回转滚道等处均进行了淬火处理，可长期保持机床精度的稳定性，延长了使用寿命。 
5、有完善的安全保护装置和外柱防护。 
6、在结构设计方面和在制造过程中，还采取了一系列有效措施，使得机床的精度持久性和整机的使用寿命均为大延长。

1.齿轮箱自动供油系统：摇臂钻的设计原理就是立式齿轮，传统的润滑方式是利用齿轮转速把润滑油带甩到上面齿轮润滑
2.立柱安全锁紧，传统一般都是立柱锁紧 不带安全装置，装此设置要多2个交流接触器。
3.主轴有行程开关保护系统，在自动进给时，忘记松开自动进给会使主轴顶车，这个保护主轴不易被损坏。
4.超音频淬火齿轮：耐磨、硬度高.
5.丝杠采用品牌厂家，品牌厂家不是直接用圆钢车出来，而是严格按照工艺要求，回火热处理等严格工艺要求，专用丝杠设备，使用外圆磨磨后光洁度高，使用寿命超过普通丝杠2倍。
6.精度好，从毛坯件进厂到机加工车间再到装配车间，喷漆车间，成品车间每一道程序都有专门的质检，从而保证产品出厂的绝对合格。
